2010 — present

Aerial view punggol digital district
Woh Hup was awarded the contract to build Punggol Digital District by JTC Corporation. Designed by renowned architects WOHA, the 50-hectares Punggol Digital District will be Singapore's first Enterprise District.

The Woh Hup - Obayashi Joint Venture project team completed the construction of Jewel Changi Airport in December 2018 after 51 months of hard work and perseverance. Within this mega complex sits the world’s tallest man-made waterfall at approximately 40 meters tall surrounded by a five-storey Forest Valley made up of Singapore’s largest indoor collection of plants. Jewel Changi Airport opened its doors to the public in April 2019 and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong graced the official opening of the premise in October that year.

Woh Hup was awarded a $1.21 billion contract by Land Transport Authority for extension works to the existing depot to double its current capacity to cater for future needs.

Singapore Golden Jubilee Business Award
In commemoration of Singapore’s Jubilee year, Woh Hup (Private) Limited was honoured to be among the 50 Award recipients in recognition of achievements and contributions over the decades.

Woh Hup received a record high of 20 ROSPA Occupational Health & Safety (Gold Awards), 17 SHARP, 7 ROSPA Guardian Angel, 2 SCAL Innovation, 1 WSH Supervisor, & ROSPA Occupational Safety Awards - Winner of Housebuilding & Property Development Sector.

Reflections at Keppel Bay
Awarded contract for construction of Reflections at Keppel Bay, Daniel Libeskind's first residential showcase in Asia.

Queens Condominium
Completion of 38-storey Queens Condominium, the tallest condominium constructed in Singapore at that time.

Woh Hup (Private) Limited
Woh Hup incorporated as a private company.
