Planning
In an integrated system, the design and construction can proceed simultaneously. Our highly skilled planners possess the logistical expertise to ensure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions are delivered with optimum efficiency and on-time reliability. We identify and assess choice of technology, work tasks and estimation of required resources. This reduces any necessity of extensive revisions under the guise of value engineering.
Engineering Design Management

Procurement

- Development of procurement schedules for all materials, equipment and outsourced subcontract services
- Meticulous evaluation of each supplier/subcontractor’s ability to comply with both project specifications and schedule demands
- Coordination of vendor inspections and the release of materials in conjunction with the Site Construction Manager
